We stayed for three nights over the Christmas holidays, the height of summer. We loved this resort, and our villa was amazing. Our daughter lived in the pool while my husband and I tried to get cool in the AC. Our complaints are similar to others here... the villa wasn't super clean when we checked in. Great property that is small and personable! They seem to have thought of it all as far as things to use at their facility. They have bikes, movies, games, umbrellas, beach chairs, games, towels and so much more. We just weren't there ling enough to us it all. They are also an easy walk to the beach, shopping, and a ton of restaurants.
My fiancé and I went here with minimal expectations, just looking for a getaway with close access to the Great Barrier Reef. This resort was beyond accommodating. The surpassed our expectations with amazing food, drinks, and service. They also provided us with transport to and from most any location and recommended awesome activities and onsite nature walks!

The place is lovely and very well located, but it is an apartment, not a hotel. We didn't get cleaning service for our three day stay. On the other hand, there is a fully stocked kitchen.
