We had a good time here, but this property has the potential to be so much more. Location is prime and the views are absolutely stunning. The hotel is definitely dated and ready for a renovation. Rooms and bathrooms are showing their age and so are the beds, linen and towels. Front desk and transportation staff go through the motions and can use refresher customer service training. Very much enjoyed our stay at this small, 10 room boutique hotel. We were there for a two night stay mid week in July - hotel seemed about half full and we had the pool to ourselves. A couple major things to note here: Breakfast was INCREDIBLE! Particularly for Italian standards, which let's face it, are not very high.
