The hotel is very good and new and well located if you want to be in Modiin. The staff are helpful and I found the breakfast to be more than adequate. On the downside it is far too expensive for what it is - a nice midrange hotel in Modiin rather than a luxury hotel in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem.
