"as described, close to the village, friendly staff"

"Beautiful well appointed thought throw cabin with amazing view of the lake "

"Eine sehr schöne und günstige Unterkunft mit phantastischem Ausblick zum Vulkan Villarica."

"Our friends were getting married at a hotel nearby and we decided to stay here as a budget-friendly option and were more than pleasantly surprised by the cabin. It was not only cozy, but extremely clean, had all the kitchen tools we needed, was stocked with wood and easy to get around the Huilo Huilo reserve from. I would 100% return!"

"Staff was very good and accommodating. Thomas at the front desk was very helpful and appreciated his good English language skills. Maria, one of your recommend drivers was also great and very helpful in arranging transport at the end of the lake ferry to San Martin de Los Andes."

"cabins look great but apartments not so much. no plugs for sink or bath which was a first. great view of lake from bathroom window 😳"

"It's run by a crook He's not below scamming clients. I made the reservation in the morning, when I arrived in the afternoon, it showed that it was for the following month. Had to book somewhere else. The next day I tried to cancel the reservation, 24 hours after the booking, 30 days prior to the reservation. He wouldn't let me, as It was policy. He took 4 days of rent from me, just because he could. Expedia let him do it. I talked to Expedia, and they said I was right, it shouldn't be, didn't...

"It is beautiful and surreal! "

"Do not go here. Terrible service, bad food, tiny run down roomes that come apart (shower fixtures falling down etc.). We had to give back the food as its was so bad. Customer service did not help at all - no discount provided. This place may have been good 10+ years ago. No upgrades to any of the dirty old furniture since then. Today it is a dump. "
