"Second time staying at this hotel and very satisfied again. Once with 2 friends in March 2024 (3 nights) and again October 2026 (1 night) with my partner while passing through Busan. Good, modern and spacious rooms, near public transportation (City Hall Metro Station and several bus lines). Would definitely stay here again."

"Overall were satisfactory in terms of cleanliness, facility & location near MTR station. We lived Hotel 4 nights but we can’t open door with key in 2nd night. Staff was helpful to update data in system & opened door successfully. We were happy to have washing machine in room that was convenient to us. I loved hotel."

"Overall, this hotel was lovely. The foyer was beautiful, and the sitting area was nice. The front desk staff were very helpful, even assisting me with my lost baggage. I enjoyed my stay, but the bathtub was a significant issue. It was inconvenient and frustrating when the water would run out while I was showering. "室内には日本語表記の説明は一切なかったですが、フロントに尋ねるととても丁寧に教えてくださいました。 わからなければお部屋まで行って説明しましょうか？と日本語対応の女性スタッフはとても親切でした。 チェックアウト時にタクシーの手配までして下さり、予約車を間違えないようにホテル前まで出てきて下さり、乗せてくれました。 アシアド競技場から近くて、ライブイベントの時などはとても便利です。"

"Had to book this property last minute, and was such a pleasant experience! The front desk associate that works the night was very helpful, and went above and beyond with our questionable and concerns and more! We were struggling, and she helped with our basic questions to helping us with laundry, booking a taxi to the airport, and helping us our issue with the door! 5 stars!!! "
