"The front desk clerks do not speak English and get frustrated when you try and use a translator app. The room is extremely far from and tourist attraction; about two hours on bus and one hour on train. The breakfast they offer is a slice of toast or a choice of two small Dixie cups of dry cereal. The entrance is through a parking garage door on both sides of the hotel. The bus is about six minute walk while the train is about 20 minute walk but worth it if you want to get to Busan or attractions...

"I was lucky enough to get a ticket for the insanely popular BTS concert in Busan at the last minute. I booked the first hotel that I could find within walking distance to the stadium not expecting much. Much to my surprise, Den Basta turned out to be a fantastic hotel! The staff was super accommodating, breakfast in their beautiful common area was a treat, and the room was spacious with all of the comforts of home and more. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! "

"Overall, this hotel was lovely. The foyer was beautiful, and the sitting area was nice. The front desk staff were very helpful, even assisting me with my lost baggage. I enjoyed my stay, but the bathtub was a significant issue. It was inconvenient and frustrating when the water would run out while I was showering.
