"Ideal location to visit the downtown area"

"This was a two night stay during a 10 day holiday in France. The hotel quality in all respects was excellent. The spa was enjoyable with an excellent range of facilities. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. The locality is wonderful close to the old city and lovely coastal walks. Recommended!"

"A basic hotel. Great location and good room for value. "

"Lovely hotel with great reataurant. Worth booking a sea view as the views are beautiful. Pool is heated. Around 20 min walk to the walled city area. Rooms are spotless and bed was comfortable."

"Such a lovely property! Beautiful room and delightful hosts!! "

"Excellent rooms and hotel, can’t mark it any higher due to the lack of a bar, and restaurant. Excellent staff."

"Ideal location for Benodet . Beach outside the door . Swimming pool warm and well maintained. Breakfast available at reception. Free parking and easy access."

"A proximité de Pont aven"

"Staff were friendly and that's about the only good thing I can say, the carpets in the common areas are filthy, there was no hot water for a shower and we were woken up at 1am by loads of drunk guests shouting. I got about 3 hours sleep. Wouldn't recommend."

"Very nice hotel right by Benodet’s lovely sandy beach. Perhaps surprisingly for Brittany, we were the only English (and less surprisingly only Ukrainian) guests staying at the hotel for the duration of our stay. The staff were very friendly and diligent. The cleaning lady was excellent and also popped up in the dining room at breakfast time (unless she has a twin). We had a lovely sea view from our room on the third floor. I would also recommend the restaurant for evening meals but don’t forget...

"A enjoyable stay. Clean room, friendly staff, very good breakfast and not too far from the center of town. "
