"Loved my stay in the charming Hotel Furstenhof. The room was very quiet and comfortable. It looked out on an inner courtyard so no street noise leaked in. The breakfast buffet was varied, ample and with a chef to make eggs to order. The breakfast room has a lovely view to a cobbled courtyard with greenery."

"The hotel is just on the edge of the centre of leipzig, perfect location 2 min walk to the start of shops and restaurants and sights,the breakfast is good with a very good selection but it doesget busy and not too easy to get a table, maybe if they had someone to lead guests to a table it would be less hassle for guests, the rooms are very adequate but are getting a little tired looking, the carpet could be replaced "

The location couldn’t be more convenient – just steps from the main train station, with easy access to public transport, and a short walk to the town centre. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast service was excellent with plenty of choice to start the day right. A very reliable and welcoming base for exploring Leipzig. "Excellent stay, staff very helpful, I was allowed to book in 4 hours early and they also stored my luggage on departure, all at no cost. Rooms are quite basic, but if you are there to site see etc, it doesn't matter. Hotel is near the main station and very well sited for the city itself. I would recommend for a city stay."

"We upgraded to a family size room it was great. Read the instructions for check in, as it closes around 7pm, you then need instructions to enter. Parking for 8 cars only, but Zoo parking is close by. Close enough to old town to walk to. Fridge and safe in room. "
