"Fantastic hotel. Great breakfast great staff great location"

"Decent friendly hotel. "

"Very helpful staff so polite and kind. Room was great sadly only there 1 night. Beautiful place highly recommended."

"Excellent location and very helpful friendly staff. The breakfasts were basic but still OK. Would have liked a bigger room but good value . Lovely location and Delft is delightful"

"Beautiful hotel with a very nice staff, we were on the highest floor so the view was great! A little cold at night in the room and noises from the highway near but the bed was comfy and nice, the bathroom was very big and comfortable"

"The rooms we had were on the ground floor facing onto the street so we were a little concerned about whether we would be disturbed on a Friday night but we needn't have. We had a great night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were accomodating and allowed us to leave our bags before and after checking out as we explored the local area. I borrowed a bike from the hotel to cycle to 'bag' my Z Park Run at Zuiderpark in the Hague!"

"Was fabulous! Great location and rooms lovely and clean, wonderful staff! Will come again, this is my second stay ."

"Excellent location, easy walk from station and on a canal so very nice. The staff were very available, friendly and helpful and the room was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Great access to the best of Delft including the Royal Blue museum, bars and restaurants so we had a wonderful stay. Cannot recommend highly enough, we loved it."

"The food was exquisite and the staff would have the beautiful table we had asked about earlier that day, set for us and our guests, in the location we had requested. The room was excellent aswell."

"Good hotel in convenient location."

"Not sure why there are some negative reviews, we had an excellent stay. We stayed in a deluxe studio, and it was great. Very modern, everything we needed and more, comfy and huge bed, lovely bathroom, staff were very friendly, it was very quiet and nice and clean. This hotel deserves more than it's current rating of "Good""

"Good friendly stuff clean close to everything"

"The room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. The check in process and ability to get in the building and our room was easy. We do think it is nicer to have a person to greet and be at the front desk at all times. It creates a warmer atmosphere and sense of safety."
