"It was perfect! Excellent location in the heart of Morelia. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. I asked for an early check-in and they were quite flexible and accommodating. The restaurant on the first floor had delicious food and I was able to get a morning coffee to go and take a stroll across the way in the city park next to the Cathedral. "It was our first trip to Morelia and from the moment we walked in, we were treated in a very friendly manner. The site is in a perfect location with just steps from the Cathedral and so many places to visit. Fernanda (Fer) was such a wonderful receptionist. We stayed two nights and every day she helped us navigate our trip and even helped us by printing guides and maps for us. The view from our balcony was great and the top was also spectacular.
