The Riad is on the edge of the medina which means it is quiet, but it is worth contacting the Riad when you first arrive, especially if it’s night time, to meet you at the nearest gate. They’re very happy to help! "

"The property was clean. It was inside the Medina and you can walk to almost all points of interest. The beds were firm. Kibir the host was very warm and friendly. He met us upon arrival and greeted us with Moroccan tea and treats. The lines of communication were always open. Breakfast was simple but good. It’s a little tricky to find the hotel. You have to walk thru the Medina but once found it’s good. We felt safe always. "

"A wonderful Riad in the Medina with beautiful tile work , restored in oct '25. Just 2 minute walk from being dropped off. Easily walk to all remote corners of the Medina (used google map). The rooms are on the 2nd floor and will have to carry bags by steps. Very clean place. Fatima was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Nice comfortable beds. We could also use the kettle in kitchen for tea. Highly recommend and we would definitely return if visiting Fez again."

"Quaint Riad in the heart of the Medina. Paul and Staff were fantastic. Peaceful and relaxing from our balcony overlooking the lush gardens in the center of the property. Pool is small but great for cooling off. Onsite restaurant is 5 out of 5 for food and wait staff. Really cant go wrong with this place. "
