"Amazing stay and enjoyed with family. Kids loved the hotel"

"Great central hotel"

"The service here is the best from all the Four Seasons I have been to and stayed at. A really wonderful place to stay in Mumbai"

"Nicest hotel in immediate area. Nice morning breakfast buffet. "

"So close to Mumbai Central Train station."

"Very courteous and helpful staff. Free breakfast included for all. At breakfast they provide free complimentary foot massage. The masseuse are blind and do a great join. At breakfast they also provide live flute music - played by a blind individual. This empathy showed by the hotel administration should be advertised. Based on this, we have opted to return back on our next trip to Bombay."

"Was a very good stay. Room was very good and quiet and the staff were extremely helpful. The the buffet breakfast selection was big and ranged from traditional Indian to continental. There were also a few resturants withing minutes walk like the Persian Darbar."

"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spotless and beautifully maintained the property was. The room was spacious, modern, and equipped with every comfort I could ask for — cozy bedding, great Wi-Fi, and a stunning view. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything fresh and organized. The...

"The hotel was a convinent location for shopping and had lots of restaurants near it. As far as site seeing went we went in a taxi to the gate of India and to Bandra where all the Bollywood stars live. We saw Juhu beach and Santa Cruz and Likoni Bazaar and the famous Chor bazaar. We also went to Mohammed Ali Road where we saw the actual busy traffic of Mumbai along with beautiful clothes and Indian art work."

"Entrance area is goid and welcoming. Room was of good standard. Staff helped when we asked. "

"I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury...

"No complaints. Staffs are very co-operative"

"Great location, awesome food and value for money . Only problem...they have street parking "

"Yes clean room with lots of character great price close enough to walk to beach "

"This neighborhood boutique hotel served their community during ramadan for the entire month of our stay. Staff made an honest effort to satisfy our requests. The hotel is undergoing renovations so there are a few things to work out like regulating water tempature, construction noise and only a sheet covered the new matress. The breakfast was typical - basic idli, fruit, etc. They make great tea. It is well located."

"1. The toilet seat cover was not functioning properly. 2. The room was too small for the price. 3. The staff's behavior towards customers was unsatisfactory. 4. There was too much noise, and it felt like someone was working in the adjacent staff room, compromising privacy. 5. The breakfast options were limited. "

"Nice rooms for the price. The rooms were clean with air conditioning. Beds were not as "

"Excellent location, clean room, 3 min walk to Mumbai Aqua line Metro to connect most of the important stops, easy access through train from International Airport."

"The room was decent sized. However there was water everywhere as the ice melted in the fridge and spread all over. We noticed this as soon as we got in the room. So this shows that there was no prior check done before providing the keys. After 3-4 attempts they somehow removed the water from fridge but the fridge did not work at all. My parents are old and I couldn’t keep their medication in the fridge. We spent at least 1 hr in this mess. I had given them clear instructions on the breakfast...
