"The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and proactive; special shout out to Alex at the concierge desk. The hotel, in general, is bar none the best hotel we've stayed at in London; great value for the money and perfect downtown location. Definitely will be back."

"Fantastic hotel in a great location, the staff we're very helpful, check in was brilliant. Our room was spotless & we really enjoyed our stay."

"Perfect location, service impeccable as always "

"Hotel was lovely and clean . Not to far on a walk to Oxford street but still quite. Cian was helpful at evening times"

"We loved our first stay at One Aldwych. We highly recommend it for location, facilities, staff and overall excellence. There are so many excellent hotels in London but we won’t be looking elsewhere and will book again if ever in London."

"Really nice hotel with lovely staff. The pool and spa area were a great place to relax and the hotel’s location right on the river and just across from Borough Market is great."

"Great location cool flat"

"A lovely stay in a perfect location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was exceptionally clean and well presented. The only downside was the heavily frosted window, which meant very little natural light came into the room. This made the room feel quite dark and, at times, a little oppressive. It would be great if this could be addressed, as otherwise everything about the stay was excellent."

"Excellent location, but air-con system seems to be old, and not good enough to deal with the London heatwave. Free mini bar in room, free drinks and nibbles ( available when we were leaving on a sunday, but not sure they were available upon arrival) was nice touch. Room size a touch small, but fine. TV system is really slow and kept crashing. Overall 7/10 for a five star hotel."

"Amazing stay staff were brilliant"

"The nicest hotel we have stayed in whilst in London and the staff were the ones who topped it all off. All so very friendly and willing to help! Will be coming back everytime we stay in London now"

"Excellent hotel, so cool, staff so welcoming, loved the place, deffo be back"

"Great location, small boutique hotel inside a historic sight. Quiet for London. There is a lot of steps, but they have a lift."

"I stay at hotels and apartments all over the world. This place was excellent. A little bit of noise from the flight path, if ypu don't like that, but otherwise it is fantastic! Ill be back here for London stays now!"

"Great location, lovely staff, room good size and great onsuite. Would stay again next time in London."

"Excellent property and wonderful staff"

"I love this hotel. I've been going regularly for the last 12 years and it's always a real treat. The staff are so friendly, the decor is fabulous with antique furniture and lush velvet drapes, smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels for breakfast are really tasty, and the location if perfect."
