"The lobby was welcoming, clean and well decorated. Check in was ready with friendly staff. The cart for luggage is small, not for a solo traveler than for more than 2 people. Once we entered the 1st floor corridor from the lobby, the carpet was in need of replacing. The room was comfortable but not as clean as expected."
