"Hi, I actually didn’t stay, I booked the hostel in Melbourne from Hotel.com and when I got in Sydney I went to check in there was a guy said he’s the manager, he did not checked me in, he said that I couldn’t stay there because of age limit. I’m 50 years old but when I booked the reservation there wasn’t any age limit online, I read the terms and condition there was no age limit, anyway I asked for my money back, he refused to gave me a refund. And he was rude to me, he was yelling asked me to...
