"Central location, just over the street from Sentral station and direct access via a walkway into a shopping mall. Room was cleaned and spacious. Nice rooftop bar with a pool and the choice at breakfast was great. Would recommend for a good hotel close to train links for the airport and metro lines."

"Excellent hotel. I asked to have the view of Bangsar before going there. I communicated with the hotel for this purpose and asked to have a note on my file when checking in. The note was there. My request was taken care of. The hotel service was amazing. Everything is brand new. The hotel is very working hard towards sustainability which is great. Well done. "I rarely write reviews but I really need to warn others. I am willing to edit this rating if there are concrete improvement plans. Unfortunately it was a very frustrating ordeal to get the key. The manager sent me the contact info of who to alert before I arrived. However, once I arrived, she was not present. I called the manager and he said "someone will be there soon." After waiting some time, a Grab driver delivered us with the key. But he had no instructions of how to enter the building....

"5 start service, and the room is spacious, tidy and nice!! connecting with 2 big shopping mall. Great for business traveller , right in the heart of the city. reception, restaurant and concierge staff are amazing!! i will definately revisit again! "
