My request was taken care of. The hotel service was amazing. Everything is brand new. The hotel is very working hard towards sustainability which is great. Well done. "This is the best hotel for value for money. I have stayed here many times and will continue to choose this for most of my KL visit. Location is not so near public transport but grab being so cheap in Malaysia, you can grab a taxi to anywhere Hotel may not have restaurant but again you can get food delivered from anywhere in 10-15 mins and have it at level 1 .
