"Modern & clean hotel, with efficient friendly staff. Near a bus station, but it was a safe area. Amenities were amazing. Valet, security, bar area, food delivery dropoff area, etc. Beautiful modern lobby, fast elevators, immaculate & well stocked, modern room. I was able to get a "Grab" (Malaysia's Uber)for about $4 to downtown, which was usually about a 10 min drive. "

"Ideal location as it is very close to KLCC. There is MRT station at walkable distance, restaurants at walkable distance, and even hospital right across from hotel. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. James and Michael specially were very courteous."

"Parking slots were very limited. Very good choice if you’re looking for a budget hotel."

"Great location as its near Hospital KL"

"Room was clean, spaces. Host helpful. Not enough cooking utensils and no toiletries. Hall way to the room dusty and messy due to under construction. Be aware just book standard room, superior room waste of $ not much different beside room arrangement. Will not book again."

"We’re so thankful that we chose to stay at the Sunway Putra Hotel on our trip to KL. The room was spacious and clean. It was incredibly convenient having the mall downstairs with lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! And the staff was always friendly and helpful, especially our room attendant Baset. Not only did he keep our room impeccably clean, but he brightened our days with his friendliness and smiles. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who...

"Nearby Sunway Putra Mall and LRT station. Easy check in and out procedure. The room is comfortable with beautiful design. Love it and this is my 3rd time here 😊"

"24 hrs front desk with all staff always provide good courteous service. Daily room service. Clean, breakfast fairly good. Location to access Chow Kit station 5 mints walk can go on Mono rail for many malls, attractions. Will go back again."

"The property is dated. There is no safe in the room. It is very close to the monorail, but the monorail and MRT only run til 1130. The staff is good and for money the room was fine. I would stay closer to Bukit Bintang next time"

"Localizzazione nei pressi della Metro( fermata PWTC) assai strategica per muoversi. Nel residence avevamo un mini appartamento. Molto carino. Paga il prezzo solo per l’infinity pool al 37 piano orientata sullo skyline di Kuala Lumpur. Host sempre disponibile e gentile. Consigliatissimo per rapporto qualità /prezzo"

"They upgrade me to a 1 bed studio with stunning view of KL. Really high standard in terms of amenities, plug points all in the right places. Amazing kitchen with utensils, wifi was great, washer dryer. Really clean. So many positives. But the best was the swimming pool with petronas tower views , KL tower, surreal and for the money I paid it was truly excellent. Staff were available to help via WhatsApp. Management friendly. Suitable for solo travellers, families, groups. Amazing!"
