"We spent four nights at the Princesa Yaiza and really enjoyed it. The hotel is a bit old-style, but it’s very well maintained with gorgeous tropical gardens. The salty pool is the best, and the hotel sits right in front of a great sandy beach, which is perfect for swimming and walks. "I had originally mistakenly booked a twin room and before the holiday, I emailed the hotel to request a change to a double bed room. Upon arrival, during check in, we were “upgraded” to a fantastic, ground floor apartment facing the sea. Great shower, kitchen and the bed could have fitted 4 people! Being on the forefront of the headland, we did feel the wind more but on the days when the sun came out, it was all worth it. Pool bar staff were great and the food very reasonable priced. Good job!"

"Lisa is very helpful and responsive. Great service of hospitality. We have the luck to have our room upgraded to pool side. The whole experience is enriched. Everything is clean and sufficient in our room. Free parking on streets or public car park outside the property is convenient and safe. The location is not in the centre but there is no problem because we have rented a car. Few options on restaurants and a mini store is within 5 minutes walk."
