"The hotel is perfectly positioned in the old city area a short walk to bars/cafes/restaurants and all of the principle monuments but not so close to be disturbed by traffic or bar noise. The hotel is easily deserving of 5 stars, both the staff and facilities. Close to Torneo (Plaza des Armas) bus station (6 minutes walk) from where you can get the EA bus to the airport and one of the stops on the way is Santa Justa train station if onward travel is by train rather than bus. "Arrived via taxi from the train station and the location of the hotel is very central. The room was great and spacious, and the kitchenette was useful. They supply a little pod for laundry (if needed) and the desk staff were very helpful and friendly. It is close to a supermarket (just a few doors down) and close to a lot of great restaurants. The pool was small, but refreshing, and the view from the rooftop was nice! I would stay here again! "
