"The property is not far from Brighton City Centre. The price was reasonable. We did not have dinner there, but the breakfast was excellent, good menu with lots of choices. It was good quality food and delicious. We would be happy to use the hotel again."

"Very clean and comfortable Easy access just one thing the lights above the bed did not work would have helped to have them on. Would recommend."

"Lovely stay along the beach front. Good breakfast and good service"

"The rooms were neat and tidy. Iron box was my need and it was available in the room. No noise and peaceful place to stay with free parking."

"Superb value for money, fabulous location as only a couple of stops on the train (3 min walk to station) and we were Brighton. Parked for free on links road. We had the en suite, which was a massive room & comfy bed. Only thing was bathroom blind needs replacing (for privacy) and shower thermostat wasn’t easy to change (went too hot) apart from that - brilliant base for exploring area/Brighton. We loved our stay thanks!"

"The staff are super friendly and it was a nice touch that they remembered us from previous stays. The stay was amazing."

"Mark was very welcoming, the room and bed were very comfortable. The chocolates as well as biscuits in the room were a nice touch. Mark was prepared to do a variety of cooked breakfasts which were excellent. There is free parking and the guest house is a short walk from Broadwater shops and eateries."
