"What a great find! The staff were fabulous: professional, helpful, friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast too, a very comfortable room and the luxury of a bath and separate shower. The bar area was lovely too and we enjoyed the ambience there after our meal out. Highly recommended and will most definitely return. Close proximity to Guildhall art gallery too - a new find for me complete with Roman Amphitheatre. "

"First time in a HYATT owned hotel, location is great, staff (especially restaurant manager Daria and receptionist Kaylan are outstanding) is really good and friendly and made my trip awesome and feel myself welcomed. It’s LGBTQIA+ friendly. 😊 Rooms are nice, tv and shower doors could be more modern. It is a bit poorly soundproofed which at least at 6th floor should be fixed imho. "Great stay! Adorable little hotel with friendly staff who permitted us to check in quite early to sleep off our jet lag :) lovely beautiful pub downstairs with good food and great beer. "Everything was amazing. The view was great, the room was clean, modern, and big. The tube and bus stop super close and convenient. The staff were so helpful. An added bonus was the AC. We happened to stay during one of the hest waves and the AC was such a relief. We really enjoyed our stay here and can't say enough positive things about it."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Ned. It is a beautiful hotel with an old Hollywood vibe. All the staff we encountered were very welcoming and friendly which was lovely. We had breakfast at the Electric Diner and Millies Lounge which were both delicious. The room itself was spacious, clean and had plenty of amenities. I cannot fault this hotel and look forward to our next stay. "
