"Arrived at 3:00. There was no one to check us in and it took some time for a young lady to arrive to help us. She appeared to be overworked. She was civil, but not friendly. The pool was too dirty to enter. The room itself was wonderful. The showers were great. The bed was very comfortable."

I sent a message via the Expedia App only a short time before arrival and was amazed they could action it so quickly and collect us from Nan station in a lovely clean minibus.
