"Sugar Ohana is a simply hotel, very clean and has a very good location, close to Kata Street Market(3-5 minutes walking) and a 10 minutes walking from Kata Beach. I do recommend this hotel for a short trip to Phuket Island!"

"Clean room, and located closely to Kata Beach. We extended out time in Thailand and Kata White Villas was a great option for us. Near Kata Beach and the main road, and we spent most of our time outside but was pleasant to come back to Kata White Villas to relax and rest."

Short walk to both Kata and Kata Noi. The grounds are lovely, but this hotel can be better enjoyed by people who don’t mind a few stairs and strolls to get to the property’s pools, the beach, or nearby restaurants. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at kata palm and resort, we had the family room, it is very spacious and accounted out family of 4. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Really good rooms, good size, very clean and well maintained. Feels a bit weird when you first get in due to the shape of the building, but soon got used to it. Common areas and pool very quiet and nicely kept. The plunge pool and hot bath was a bonus, shame the sauna and steam room weren't quite ready for use as currently being refurbes, but looked great. The bar on the top deck is worth a visit for the view. Good location, easy to walk to Kata and Kata Noi beach."

"Kata for sure is a great hotel. Staff were amazing But they became very stingy with extra charges for my daughter even though the huge suite that I reserved was for three people. I didn’t like the way they managed our situation even though I mentioned this is my 30th anniversary and try to make fine for us. This issue really bothered us. "

"Super friendly owner and chilled place to stay. Very short walk the the beach (less than 5mins), 7/11 shop two doors down. Lovely restaurant on site - great food & surrounded by other options. Room was big, clean, quite with a safe, fridge, kettle etc. I came as a female solo traveler and felt welcomed and safe. "

"This is a small hotel. It is nice and well kept. The staff is really nice and helpful. I stayed in one of the bungalows overlooking the garden and pool. The room was backdated but it was clean and with very nice Aircon. It is well located. 15 minutes away from the beach. Well located for restaurants and shops. I had a lovely stay."

"Great location within walking distance to both Karon and Kata beaches. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent and you should definitely take advantage of the tour assistance in the restaurant:) The owners of the property were extremely nice and helpful throughout my stay.
