"The room was clean, but that’s about it. The main issue is the disconnect between how this hotel is advertised and what it actually is. It’s a fine, middle of the road 3 star with a decent view (ish) and uncomfortable beds, and a number of other annoying but minor flaws. It is not a five star or anything close to that. There is just no objective reality to that claim. The experience made me question the reliability of hotels.com’s system for rating and ensuring accuracy. For a mid to low 3 star...

"This self catering hotel suited us perfectly as it had a great pool which was not busy and it was only a few steps down onto the sandy beach. The towels in the room were changed daily (if we wanted them to be changed) and beds made etc. It is not the 4 star facility that some people would want, but if you do not want all the bells and whistles and just want a lovely family run self catering hotel in the best location then you cannot beat this one. "

"Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist sehr schön. Gute Lage und man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß am Strand, genauso wie auch auf der Partystraße. Personal ist freundlich. Zimmer sind OK aber Sauberkeit könnte bisschen besser sein. Was aber wirklich sehr ärgerlich ist, man muss extra 8€ pro Tag für die Klimaanlage bezahlen, das wird davor nirgends erwähnt. Habe ich so noch nie irgendwo anders erlebt. "
