The only down side of the whole experience was the hot tub/spa. Water was cooler than bath water and aerator didn’t bubble the water. The hot tub was the whole reason we chose the Drury Plaza."

"There are no safety grab bars in the bathtub. This is very unsafe especially for elderly people. The hotel is older but remodeled. Cleanliness was good. The bed was very comfortable."

"This is an older property, but it has been extensively renovated and we enjoyed our stay there. The front desk employee was very nice and check-in was a breeze. We especially like the wooden furniture in the room - and we had a lovely view of a bridge and the river out our window."

"Very nice place - clean but not 5 star clean. All nice materials and furnishings. Very unique with the old work and slanted floors. We would recommend the stay. Only negatives were obvious signs of rushed cleaning (Bathroom) and listed fees. $30 to check in 2 hours early and $200 if you checkout past 11am - pretty steep."
