"Overall bad experience. Arrived for weekend stay on Friday at 330pm. Got in room and turned AC down low to get room cold. Put some perishables away in fridge for later. Then, left for evening plans and returned around midnight. Upon return room temp was 76 degrees, the AC had been turned off. Room finally cooled down enough to sleep around 2 am but then AC turned off repeatedly throughout the night causing the room to be super uncomfortable and sleep impossible. Morning came and we went to fridge to enjoy items we had in it to find the fridge was not working and all the items had spoiled. Later in the day we returned to the hotel to go use the pool and relax. There were no pool towels so I went to front desk to request some. I was told there were none clean and there were no additional towels for our room either so we were unable to use the pool. We ventured out again, ensuring the AC was turned on before leaving. We again returned around 9pm and once again found our AC off and the room was 75 this time. I returned to the desk and was handed instructions to reset the AC system and told the AC runs on motion sensors and turns off after 30 minutes of inactivity. The staff were not friendly or helpful with this situation. Essentially telling us that our complaint was not a concern to them and to get over being uncomfortable and unable to sleep. "

"The staff at Drury Inn & Suites Southwest St. Louis were one of the highlights of the property. They were very friendly and wanted to make the stay an excellent experience. For us, the location was important. This was a central location at a good value."

"Extremely thin walls..up all night with the couple next to us smoking and talking loud all night"

"George at the front desk was unprofessional. I was shocked at check-in, lied to, and then made to wait for an extended amount of time. This establishment had been taken over by new owners and it has gone down hill. Dirty, filthy rooms, and horrible front desk check in. Very sad."

"I arrived at hotel and met reception staff for check in. Drama starts!! I was told that since you booked through 3rd party such as expedia, you could not be,checked in. The reason being the price gave by expedia to me is what expedia trying to pay to hotelm Hotel doesnot agree with that rate. I was asked to call expedia customer service and solve the issue with them as if i negotiated rate between hotel and expedia. I was waiting in lobby and calling expedia. I was on call with expedia for 3 hours. I was not allowed to check in until i Pay the difference between what expedia paid vs theor e,pected rate. Finally, i paid difference and then allowed to check in after 3 hours. I was also told that i will not get recepit of what i paid. This is worst experience at this hotel. Room was clean and parking was,safe. After 2 days of stay, i tried to get receipt in the morning,from manager. She was kind to give the,same. I should not have to go through issues between hotel and expedia for 3 hours. This is unfair. Please think about it and decide best action."

"Horrible stay. Booked 3 nights and beds were hard as a rock. Bathroom is tiny and not vented. Staff was not helpful at all. Breakfast was typical but no plates. Had someone's scabs in our sheets and staff could careless. Won't ever stay at this hotel again. Not worth the money and staff was not helpful whatsoever!"

"I didn't stay there the room stunk I waited for hours for them to clean it they still hadn't got it done they gave me a room key to a dirty room and I told him I wanted my money back and he said okay you can get a refund but so far I'm not getting anything and I would like to know why.. if I don't get my money back I am going to sue you and him... I've heard he's bad to deal with he says you're staying when you're not and I asked to cancel sitting in the parking lot through Expedia"
