I had to travel to Hot Springs Arkansas to get my Passport and decided to stay at The Reserve, what a GREAT decision. Mark, Rhonda and everyone else were wonderful and so very helpful. The other reviews about the Breakfast were not lying, probably the best “hotel” breakfast ever!
This is the neatest little gem in Hot Springs. There are not many rooms. They are like little houses with mini garages. No cars will fit in them, but motorcycles would. The renovations are spectacular and there is more to come! We did not yet have a refrigerator in our unit, but it did not affect us. We were told it was on the way, so the next residents will have one. The beds are soft and comfortable and the shower is powerful. Feeling safe, having a soft comfy bed and a nice shower after a...
This place is amazing. We stayed in Love Potion #9 room. It was cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed and had a small balcony overlooking the lake. The grounds look like a botanical garden. The free breakfast (8-9:30) was fantastic. Great place for a romantic getaway just 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. We liked it so much we booked an extra night. Do yourself a favor a book a room here!
This was an amazing place to stay! My husband and I throughly enjoyed it! Our only complaint would be not enough outlets and they were in really strange places. But definitely a beautiful and peaceful stay
We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! The lake view was beautiful, and the easy access with steps leading down to the lake made it even better. The cottage was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware—everything we needed was provided except for a blender.
The only downside was the sleeping arrangement. The cottage was advertised to accommodate six people, but it only had two queen beds and one sofa instead of a proper third bed or sofa...
The stay was great. Logan and Lisa were great front desk concierges when I had questions. The location just a few minutes away from Bathhouse Row was helpful in avoiding lunch and dinner crowds.
The room was unique in the design. The tub was more than one can describe. The only thing to say about the breakfast is 5 stars. I have never had a omelette that was more fluffy or tasty. Step over restaurant Judy breakfast is here. Judy was so accommodating and super nice. I don't think this is a place for small children too many breakable things.
Please try
We had some minor little bugs by our bed, some were dead and alive. They were NOT bedbugs. It wasn't such an issue that we complained, but it did make us take pause for a moment. The pool was a little murky and did not look very clean and fresh, which deterred me from swimming. The hot tub was great. There is a deep step down that other guests may need to be made aware of when entering or exiting or perhaps a step stool can be placed nearby for use. Overall the staff and facility were great and...
It was a scary moment when a nasty hotel receptionist said that our reservation could not be found. This same staff member said that problems with on-line bookings are a common occurrence However, through our insistency along with the confirmation number, which she initially failed to recognize, she finally located our reservation and assigned us a room. I don't ever want to go through that again. So I'll book directly with the hotel in the future.
Front desk attendant was very friendly at check in. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of space for myself and my 2 boys. We swam in the pool and it was nice. We would stay here again!
