First of all, the staff was amazing very friendly and helpful. They welcome us for the free drink, which was refreshing. Second of all this is Hotel with cute and unique decor. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and had everything that you need. They also had a laundry room so we were able to get our laundry washed while we played ping-pong in their game room! What? This is a great spot near central Ljubljana. We were three adults and the room was big enough. Check in was fairly easy and the communication was great from the host. The room was clean and fairly new with free parking in the back. Highly recommended and I will stay again if I ever make it back to this beautiful city!
We booked the hotel based on the proximity to the airport and were DELIGHTED by the
attentiveness, and overall standards of this sparkling, charming little gem set in the Slovenian hills - complete with a running brook and frost covered trees. The overall standards - room, service,cleanliness, & comfort- were a treat for two road-weary travelers. Would definitely recommend; will definitely return.
Breakfast buffet was great; and they really do it up right. Easy to get to location. 95% of the staff I encountered were friendly. The in hotel restaurant has a friendly staff - their food was good quality, fresh and clean. The room was decent only, but we’ll worth the price. Overnight parking was 10 euros nightly which came out to 13 euros including taxes. I would stay here again.
Helpful friendly desk staff pointed out where to go on downtown map. Encourage taking stairs, lined with photos of attractions. Room was clean, with view toward Old Town. Can be noisy, as people singing on the street at 3am, but this is downtown, expect some of that. Quite good breakfast spread, not just breads. Desk staff spoke English and can help with arranging tours.
The staff at the hotel were outstanding, I was having some issues with my phone and couldn’t call them. They still came to meet at the meeting point and got my luggage to my room without me. I loved the story of my room and how each thing was explained.
