The check in and out process was fast and easy. The staff at the front desk and elsewhere were very friendly. The room was very clean and perfect for my stay. All guests have access to a lounge on the fourth floor equipped with a coffee machine, beverages, snacks and filtered water. The hotel is located above a beautiful community center and is 30-40 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic. Parking is free. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.
We loved this hotel. It was clean, quiet and having a kitchenette was very convenient for snacks and drinks.
Even though it’s contactless, there was an employee presence. We saw someone assisting a guest having trouble with a code, we saw cleaning service daily even though we didn’t request it.
We easily obtained extras— towels, coffe/tea, etc.
We liked our patio area and we loved being in a room with no carpeting.
We walked to Stanley Park, we walked the sea wall, we walked to Coal Harbour,...
I selected a room with a "shared" bathroom and was pleasantly surprised that it meant a community bathroom accessed from the hallway rather than between two rooms. The door could be locked for the facilities open to any gender. Safe

Really enjoyed my stay here. Location was great and easy to get around the city plus the mountains surrounding the are were beautiful. Plus the staff were so friendly and helpful.
I like the kind professional staff. I loved the lobby, location, room and amenities. I would have like an assortment of pillows. All were too large and over stuffed for me.
