The check in and out process was fast and easy. The staff at the front desk and elsewhere were very friendly. The room was very clean and perfect for my stay. All guests have access to a lounge on the fourth floor equipped with a coffee machine, beverages, snacks and filtered water. The hotel is located above a beautiful community center and is 30-40 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic. Parking is free. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.
Excellent place to stop off both pre- and post- cruises. Ambling distance to the port, hop-on hop-off initiation point - and excellent dining options in the area.
A lovely hotel in a great location and superb service. Long time hotel employee David Reid was also exceptional in giving us an impromptu tour of the hotel, including the roof. His knowledge of the hotel’s history was amazing!

I like the kind professional staff. I loved the lobby, location, room and amenities. I would have like an assortment of pillows. All were too large and over stuffed for me.
