Really enjoyed my stay here. Location was great and easy to get around the city plus the mountains surrounding the are were beautiful. Plus the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Property manager was super friendly and helpful. The location of the property is located close to the water and is within walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. The room includes a kitchen and the property is across the street from a market. I highly recommend!!
Small hotel but nice. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Quiet area but also Close to everything: Stanley parks, downtown, shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again
Will be staying here again, next time I am in Vancouver. It is less than 20 minutes away from downtown, You can enjoy a brisk walk to Queen Elizabeth Park from here as well. The room was clean and as described.

The check in and out process was fast and easy. The staff at the front desk and elsewhere were very friendly. The room was very clean and perfect for my stay. All guests have access to a lounge on the fourth floor equipped with a coffee machine, beverages, snacks and filtered water. The hotel is located above a beautiful community center and is 30-40 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic. Parking is free. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.
Walking distance to train station to Vancouver, Richmond Night Market, restaurants, bus station to Victoria ferry, next to Costco, free breakfast, free shuttle.
To our surprise the property was connected to the cruise port and we were able to check our luggage in with Pan Pacific and not wait in the lines to board our ship.
The walk to Stanley Park was short and we felt very safe.
We had a great time during our short stay before our cruise.
