"While everything was clean the property is a bit tired. Breakfast was a typical hotel buffet breakfast, fine, but the staff in the breakfast room were fantastic. Check-in was easy and the person at the desk gave us lots of information about the area. We did have a nice view of the water from our room. There is a slightly busy road that way but it did not interfere with our sleep so it must calm down at night. The Confederation Trail is right outside the hotel, easy 5 minute walk to the strip and great coffee."
"Wonderful experience at this boutique hotel with modern amenities and old world charm. Staff extremely friendly. Deluxe continental breakfast with hot & cold options, including gluten free. The lady who runs the food service is welcoming and friendly...kudos to her for her winning personality, knowledge of the history of the property and her dedication to service...you can tell to enjoys people! Happy hour and the relaxing piano music in lounge area are nice touches. Rooms are spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. Only negative would be the thin paper products (toilet paper and tissue). Bathrobes were a welcome touch as weather was unseasonably cool. Overall, highly recommend and definitely would be repeat customers when back this way! Thank you all!"
"The room was big and the view was amazing. There was so much wildlife around the hotel which was super cool! It was quiet and peaceful. Staff were also nice, especially Lamar! He told us about the osprey nest live cam which I am now addicted to watching lol. Having the restaurant across the street was great and food was good! We would definitely come back!"
"The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We liked that the hotel was a walking distance from downtown which was easier for shopping and enjoy variety of restaurants without using a car as finding a parking spot was not easy.
The breakfast was delicious at the Chamber's restaurant inside the hotel. The staff were nice and helpful."
