"Everything was ok except the loading and unloading area. It was rain and the hotel staff had parked under the awnings and blocked all the lanes. You had to load your luggage in pouring rain. When asked about it they said they would move in a little bit."

"Clean and king bed was comfy. But; No wall light switches so had to turn on each light individually, climbing over chair! TV remotes had dead batteries, so had to leave room to ask maid as well as front desk to get working remotes. Pet owners placed farthest way possible from amenities (closest to major highway traffic noise) altho’ we had to pay an extra $50 for our little Bichon. Breakfast NOT included in rate."
