"Ithica was wine tours with cheese and chocolates one day and scenic hikes with waterfalls and cascades the next.
Both activities were nearby and equally memorable. However, the first day went to our heads and the second to our tired feet.
The hotel was a pleasant place to return to refresh, rest and plan our next adventure.
Breakfast was more than expected with eggs, sausages, waffles, toast and more.

"Very nice hotel as expected under the brand! No pool available as it’s usually essential for a Marriott hotel. Self parking is $10/day however if you arrive on Friday afternoon do not buy the parking option, because the garage is a shared city run op and it’s free all weekend! The exit gate is open late afternoon Friday even it’s not the charge is $2. "

Great little balcony area just off the 2nd floor elevator hall that seems perfect for casual conversations. Slightly quirky but effective bathroom layouts incorporating heavy sliding doors separating not only the shower/toilet area from the sink, but the entrance way from the sleeping area. Dog friendly. "The room was very nice and clean good size no tub though that was fine for me huge shower indoor pool nice hot tub small but nice we didn’t find the outside pool until last day so didn’t get to use that feel like they could use more signage to get between hotel and casino etc check in staff were amazing and very nice "

"Available for a last minute booking, which was incredible for us after getting out of a snow storm. The cookies at the front desk greeted by a kind host, was a delightful surprise. The staff made you feel like you were a home away from home. Plus, they are pet-friendly which made it even better :) highly recommend this Comfort location!"

"Don’t let the location fool you. It looks to be outside of Skaneateles and technically that is true, but it is 5 minute drive next to the lake with beautiful homes, etc. The building itself is beautiful, old but with a lovely aesthetic. It feels homey, but one that an interior designer designed. From board games to an ice machine at the ready while in front of the fire…it was delightful. As was sitting on front porch with my coffee in a rocking chair. We will definitely return. Staff was...

"We were given a room in an annex building with was fine. The mattress was a double, not a queen as was indicated when I booked.
The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable, but we made do. My husband is 6’5 and a big guy, so being in a double when we usually sleep in a king was challenging.
The shower was patched with duck tape, and there was a mildew, mold and sewage smell when the hot water was on. It did make the room smell after use.
The bathroom could use some hooks for wet towels...

"We had a nice stay here. The receptionist was very friendly and pleasant. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I'm really picky about beds because of chronic pain. I slept GREAT. There wasn’t breakfast as advertised but there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. It was too much for what it was but it’s very obvious that the building is being taken care of and that the folks running it are working hard to make a nice stay for their guests. Would stay again. "

"It was ok. We stay here often but the last few times it feels like it has declined in what you expect. The shower drains the last few times have been clogged. And this one was dirty to begin with. And the breakfast was terrible! We actually used the pool this time and that was great! Overall not horrible for the price and usually available rooms. "
