"The sofa beds springs were sharp, and we asked for a late check out they said they couldn’t do it…without even asking we were going to say noon n later realized noon is there actual check out time. The coffee machine had a used coffee pod in it, we booked through Expedia n it wasn’t the room we chose. We chose the king suite with sofa bed in separate area and the hot tub was suppose to be in the room. Very false advertising on expedias end. The breakfast was great loved that they had vegetarian...

"Spent 4th of July weekend at Silverado Resort. My boyfriend and I booked the Mansion Estate Suite.
It was beautiful and modern. The kitchen very spacious with Kitchenaid appliances.
They had a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. They drove us to our suite in a golf cart which was convenient as I had too many bags for 2 nights! The staff was so friendly and was always willing to go above and beyond to help out in any way.
