"Needed some updating, outside needed lots of work, rooms were noisy, dog barking Next door until we called front desk. Will never stay there again"

"Very attractive facility. Mostly clean. Comfortable beds. The pet access is extremely limited. Close proximity to the freeway. We had a refer truck that ran his refer all night. Maybe just bad luck. Would stay here again "

"Hotel staff are excessively nosey. Parkinglot full of trash debris. Towels are the worst of any roadside motel I have stayed at for the price. Bedding was full of hair."

"They advertised an accessible room, and I reserved one. The bedroom part was great, comfortable bed, good lighting, clean. The bathroom was definitely not ADA compliant. Only grab bars were in the shower stall, which had a sloped middle to it that almost made me slip. The towel rack was on the other side of the bathroom from where you got into the shower stall, and no way to hang the towels near the shower stall. The toilet was difficult to get off of, since there were no grab bars around it. I had to pry myself up using the door handle on the door going into the bathroom. The parking situation is horrendous, with no designated handicap spot anywhere near the accessible room. I had to park half a block away from my room, and it took all I had to get my luggage back and forth. I'm sure there are better options in the area! "

"Great stop! We only stayed for one night however one or two nights wouldn’t be bad. It was very clean, smelled clean and did not have any old or musty smells. It’s dated and does have stains and gunk on the walls. But the bedding was clean, it smelled clean and the carpet was clean. Great for a quick stop for a night or two. They also give you 10% off at Dennys. "

"The room was clean and well kept up. They offer a breakfast at an on sight restaurant, which was Very Good!. Our only complaint was the spa, which was not spa temperature. It was luke warm instead of hot. It is indoors so you would think they could regulate the temp better. "

"I rarely write poor reviews, but I feel this circumstance deserves to be shared. We rented the property for two nights in September. Upon entering the rental, we noticed the floor could have used a more thorough cleaning, but no big deal. As we were settling in for the evening, my husband bent down to pick a couch pillow off the floor. Under the couch he spotted a mouse on a sticky trap. Gross, but we just placed it outside. I fell asleep on the couch and woke up to the smell of propane in the condo. The fireplace had kicked on explaining the smell, but I wanted to find a carbon monoxide detector to make sure I wouldn’t fall asleep and never wake up in the event the fireplace was malfunctioning. I never found a CO2 detector, but I did find the smoke detector—sitting on a shelf and most certainly not connected. In the morning my son woke up and told us his room was very stinky. We did a search and found a second decaying mouse and a dirty pair of underwear under the bed. We left after one night. I contacted the property to let them know there were some things to address in the unit. They were very kind and told me they’d refund the night we didn’t stay. That refund never came through and now the property will not return my messages. "
