"Not a new place but the bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was fantastic! Good sized room too, still motel size but larger than the rooms at newer places. Will definitely come back."

"I booked in advance to have a handicap room and when I got there, I was put in a room that was NOT handicap accessible or even close to any doors. The hotel is NOT set up appropriately for handicap, no handicap doors that are held open and the staff member did nothing to help with the doors. Additionally, it was dirty and the shower stall needs replaced! Disgusting! Next day upon checkout, I went to the manger about it and all she said was… yeah the room you booked, well the guy in there extended his stay. I asked why wasn’t I notified. She offered no resolution. Just excuses of poor staffing and she had no reason for the no outreach to update me about the situation with the room! Now granted it’s a super 8… but, it still is average price for hotel room in Casper Wyoming! 100% do not recommend this Hotel at all! Stay elsewhere!!!"

"Very clean and awesome staff. Located within very close proximity to everything needed. Only down was the bathroom was small and the water pressure was very low."

"When we arrived in our room the room was not cleaned. Then when we went to breakfast we went at 10:25 and it said breakfast was until 11:00 and they told us breakfast was over so make sure you go to breakfast before 10 am don’t go off of the sign it’s false. Each night we went to the pool there were no towels and food around the hot tub. There was blue painters tape holding up the trim in the elevator. The rooms are super loud. You can hear everything. Even the people talk outside and your neighbor in the next room"
