Business Hotels in Hai Phong Municipality

Meritel Hanoi is a beautiful hotel, with top notch service. However, the air conditioning kept going out in our room though the staff was quick to get it up and running again every time it went out. We also experienced ants in our sink, but again the staff was very prompt in getting it fixed. The Meritel advertises that it has soundproofed rooms, but this is not the case. Terrific boat and service. I did not like that we could not sit wherever we wanted at the restaurant. We ended up seating next people that don't speak English.

Brand new property. Just opened 2 months ago according to staff. We just stayed there for 1 night passing by Hai Duong. Staff was attentive, Spacious 2 bedrooms suite. No complaints!

It was the best option. The rooms were clean and nice, the activities great, food is delicious. The view and the atmosphere is what you want, as the route is not crowded. Definitely worth the price. Everyone so polite. I'll go again with them without a doubt.

Love the view of my room from the 30th floor. The lounge on floor 43 is cool. Great big swimming pool.

Spaces, clean room and modern hotel

This is a very good hotel. Although it is a small hotel, but the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room are very nice, the decoration is relaxing, i like the fish tanks very much.

The resort is amazing with breathtaking view.Our room is very nice with balcony facing the bay. Breakfast buffet is plenty and variety with different foods choices. We love the service here and staffs are very friendly and polite.The resort also has electric taxi to take you to into the town with small fee. We are really enjoyed our stay here, will definitely recommend to our friends and family if they travel to Việt nam

I think this is a family own/run business! Tony speaks English very well, both him and his staff are nice, polite and very helpful in term of providing any suggested places to eat, motorbike rental and/or any other tourist info on the island. Breakfast was cooked on order so this is great.
