A special mention goes to Matthew from the restaurant service, who was exceptional. He was always kind, helpful, friendly, and greeted us with a genuine smile. His warm nature and attentive service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Matthew is a real asset to the property, and we truly appreciated his hospitality. "Everything was perfect! Wr loved and enjoyed our stay so much. The only detail we found was in the kids area, which was quite dirty (no talking about kids dirty), but a lot of dirt and and spider webs. Besides that, everything excellent!"

"The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. We got free access to Area 47 swim area (17 mi so away), which was a highlight our boys"

"The hotel is incredible. All services food and staff were excellent. However the rooms DO NOT have air conditioning and they had no fans which was surprising to say the least for a hotel of this quality. Just took off the duvet and slept in the sheets in the end"

"Perfectly located hotel with the added convenience of the ski in and out access. Great that ski storage was included in the price too. Every area was kept immaculately clean with rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast buffet selection was excellent and the food delicious. We stayed half board and thought the starter and dessert offering from the buffet along with the pre ordered main course (choice of 3) was perfect. Service was excellent all staff were found to be friendly and helpful. Spa facilities were an added bonus. It was lovely to relax by the pool after a days skiing and enjoy the amazing views. It wasn't overly busy, which Ibwas worried about. I cannot fault the hotel or staff and am already looking to rebook for next year. The only downside, if I were to be super picky, was that the view from my balcony was limited to balconies of the rooms opposite. But I spent no time there, so no issue. The hotel has a beatiful terrace with amazing views. 5 stars from us!"
