"I booked a seaview and the Hotel has the name "Playa" in it. The Estudios are infact 400mtr from the beach. The "seaview" is at best partial. You have to look over a roundabout, across a waste land and either side of a tall wide apartment block to glimpse the sea. I felt this was mis-representation of what they are selling. "Great hotel. Breakfast was delicious every day, really impressed: everything was very fresh. Didnt eat at reastaurant in evening but has michelin star.Room good quality. Staff helpful. Wifi not working in room on arrival but new router arrived next day and was excellent quality. Area is beutiful with cycle paths, flamigos, beaches. Not crowded during our visit in May. Consequence of this is there is very little in the way of shops etc in the village"

The staff were all helpful .we had a room on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the front garden and town .unfortunately the people in the room above spent a lot of time moving furniture so it was quite noisy! As it was very hot we were disappointed that we had not been told when booking that the swimming
