Spa experience can be improved. Similar hotels in the area have excellent spa areas and services. This hotels spa is rather a small left over space with minimal decoration and aura. Prices are quite high compared to facility.

Kurumba was just amazing. From the check-in process to checking out, everything was flawless. They made the speedboat from the airport effortless. They greeted us with delectable coconut sherbet. This is wonderful hotel on little private island ( if I remember correctly there is only about 20 villas) so if you are Honeymooner ( like me :) ) or just a people who do not like to be disturbed on holiday by others, this is the perfect place. All the staff are incredibly kind and courteous. Airport transit was flawless, and very easy. Stayed in the Samaan Suite. Bed was comfortable. Had room service every night, so the food is definitely reliable, they also ask about dietary restrictions at check in, and were happy to make dishes according to our needs. We enjoy so much Hanoi, the hotel has an excellent location, the staff is very nice and helpful. Many shops and restaurants around, everything is a walking distance. We will stay there again.

This was my 3rd trip to Maldives and this was my best experience yet. I loved the fact that the resort was adult only. That was great especially since I am in education. From the moment we landed in Malé to the time we left the island, the hospitality and friendliness of the staff was very welcoming. Our Hostess made sure that every little detail had been taken care. We stayed one week in the "Super Cute" two-bedroom suite. The rooms were high quality, comfortable, and immaculate. The staff (housekeeping, front desk, restaurant, and excursion) were all fantastic and detail-oriented. First, this hotel is the best kept secret. Somerset ranks number one in my book. It is the only hotel I would stay in when in Male. The hotel's rating is four stars but overall it's a five star. Not in the best of locations (small street) but it's located next to everything you need. I was treated like valuable customer by all the staff including the great restaurant next door. The food was excellent, people friendly and they truly find pleasure in giving their guest amazing service.
