"The staff and management was very nice and considerate to our needs at the time we was low on money and the manager listened to our needs and changed our room price for us The room was smelling fresh and clean "

"Cooking facilities were limited to basic s, toaster, kettle, air fryer, egg cooker, and microwave. No oven facility. Sleeping pods were clean and well equipped. Communal area was conducive to catching up with fellow travellers or just relaxing"

"The Mercure, Launceston was only just, clean and tidy but apart from the bar and restaurant manager the staff weren't very friendly and it certainly didn't seem like we were a priority. "

"A bit disappointing for a heritage property, it definitely needs refurbishing and the room we stayed in had a large beam that was cracked and rotten that need immediate attention. the bed was made but the sheet was sideways so the mattress protector was exposed and our feet were on it, which as realised in the middle of the night."
