I absolutely loved this hotel and would return in a heartbeat. This is the place to go if you want to feel pampered and taken care of. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They make you feel at home. Their breakfast menu is amazing. The food is delicious and beats many of the cafes in the neighborhood. Their location is great- they are walking distance from everything, but still located in a quiet street where you can avoid too many tourists.

The hotel is located outside the city of Bath. It's about a 30 minute walk to the city centre, so we took a local bus. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel which is very convenient.
