"We had a great time at this location. A beach area was great. Our room was always clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the building where we ended up. There was a party place nearby and they played loud music until the late hours. Other than that, the hotel was good."

"Attentive and friendly staff from the reception, to the bartenders, to the maintenance. Everyone was more than willing to help and had a friendly demeanor. We tried each restaurant and bar more than once and always had a great to exceptional experience. Pools and beaches very well maintained. Easy access to the night life and surrounding points of interest!"

"The Westerly opened just a couple months before our stay. We expected some issues with the tower being new. As we expected, the first few days were a little rough, but the staff really wanted to make things right. They did! By the end of our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and did not want to leave. Kudos to Elton and Robbie. They were understanding and accommodating. Just one suggestion to improve guests' experience with the swim out rooms: A privacy fence should be installed before the first room's patio, which is exposed and can be seen from the lobby and elevators by anyone. Also, it would provide guests of that room with privacy from the employees' and construction workers entrance just a mere 30 feet away."
