"The best experience!! We loved everything about this hotel. All of the staff was very accommodating and super friendly. Rooms were beautiful and the housekeeping coming every day was amazing. The view from our room on the 9th floor was to die for!! We spent lunch every day at the balashi bar and not only the staff but the drinks there were amazing. Ruins Del Mar was one of the best meals we had all trip. Make sure to reserve your palapas ahead of time and be down at the towel hut by 9:00am to claim them. Will definitely be back!! "
"Wonderful hotel right on the beach! Pool and hot tubs were spotless, swim up bar was perfect- especially loved the soft sandy beach. Room had all the amenities including washer dryer combo (took 5 hours for a load but did the job). We enjoyed the kitchen as well - beautiful views- definately recommend!!"
