You get the perfect vacation experience as soon as your feet hit the ferry that takes you to the island. Mate Bertie was very pleasant and helpful when getting your bearings around the BVI. When we arrived, Collin was most welcoming and was excellent at making you feel like you're on vacation. Throughout our stay, Julisa was on top of her game, naturally friendly and hospitable. Bertie, Collin, and Julisa are the 3 pillars of that place. The bartenders are cool too!!
The staff was superb - Nicole and Imani in particular (and Amanda at Rhythm and Sand). The room was clean (most important) but also spacious and light and nicely done. The views are spectacular - loved the deck and swinging chairs. We’ll be back.
The Heritage Inn was a dream come true for our honeymoon stay. The staff members are incredible and the view is breathtaking!!! And our meals at the Bananakeet were top notch - the ahi tuna is a must! We will no doubt stay at the Heritage Inn for all our future trips to the BVI.
If your looking for a non resort laid back experience I would highly recommend Sebastian's. While there is nothing fancy about it, my room was spacious and comfortable with good service. I stayed in one of the junior suite villas which is a short walk up the street from the main buildings but enjoyed the exercise of going back and forth. Long Bay Beach Resort is a beautiful property. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. When booking, we didn't realize that the property was on such a rocky beach, but there is a beautiful beach a short dive away, which the hotel will bring you to and pick you up from. Looking forward to going back.
I laugh reading the poor reviews of this place. If you are this nuts and can’t enjoy Lambert, the islands aren’t for you. Also, have some sympathy, less than two years ago the entire island chain was DESTROYED in Irma, the turnaround and renovations at Lambert are phenomenal.
The large, nearly private beach is draw enough. It’s in a sleepier part of town, and the property was quiet, all you could hear was the ocean. Having said that, definitely budget accordingly for taxi’s into Road Town....

The quality of service is second to none I have experienced, the food is Michelin star quality and the rooms and decor is impressive.
