Hotels in El Gouna

Good

From the grounds, to housekeeping, the spa and the rooftop restaurant this is one of the best hotel I have stayed at. Even The pool cleaner Chebl saw I needed something and dropped everything to come help me. We were sad about missing the excellent breakfast because our plane left early so the front desk set us up with smoothies, cappuccinos and to go boxes for the airport. They work as a team here and it shows.

Great place to stay, it’s not a hotel at all , it’s like a private mansion of an artist , suits are huge , food is great, the Spa was nice, and open 24 hours , the pool is heated and great for laps ,they treat you like a VIP , downtown area is nice and not far , the beach was not the best in the area and there is no Gym room

The room is spacious, clean, stylish and has amazing sea views. Staff were very nice, in particular, Khalil at the reception was really helpful and always ready to support and make the most of the stay. There is 1 big pool and direct access to the beach.

Everything was amazing. The suite is very big and clean. Staff are very polite and friendly. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful

Food: Always lots of options and great flavors Staff: Always really pleasant. One of the pasta guys needs to be fired, but the rest of the staff was really great, and some of the sales pitches by the pool got a little tiring. Rooms: Freezer-quality air condition, super spacious, very clean, comfortable beds. Great all around Pools: Awesome pools (DuPort was our favorite) and great pool bar staff (especialy Saeed over at DuPort) Diving: Blue Brothers diving is right there and arranged...

Marina View rooms are VERY spacious with a lovely balcony looking over the Marina, highly recommended

The stuff are perfect, very kind and helpful . The place is amazing , live band there .

Would love to visit again. Staff warm and helpful. Hotel looks nice even if you can easily get lost sometimes. Dining area offers many seating options including no-smoking and no air conditioning. Truly a beautiful location with the mountains, the sea and the endless clean beaches. It was easy to relax and enjoy the holiday knowing the hotel was looking after everything.

The hotel grounds were truly magnificent. The staff couldn't do enough to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The experience couldn't have been better.

The hotel is a very nice place to stay close to the marina. The desk clerk, Michael, was very helpful with all of our needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Red Sea at El Gouna.

Really liked the staff and facilities

Very authentic hotel with amazing pool, decent and helpful stuff, very delicious and generous food portions. You have access to nice beach but avoid lunch at the beach not really nice. Stuff are the most spectacular in this hotel . Thank you

Clean Respect the visitor

every thing was perfect.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were super friendly especially chef Amr and Wagdy and Youssef, also the food was out of this world, I would definitely stay here again.

As Gouna is an expensive place, I thought this hotel would not be so amazing as I got a good price. But I was surprised! Staff were always helpful, food was amazing (actually best hotel food I’ve ever had!). Room was lovely and within walking distance to Downtown. Hourly boat trips to Zaytoona beach. 5/5 bravo!
