The hotel is excellent! From check-in to check-out everything was great. Very friendly staff, early check-in allowed and room upgrade. The room was second to none: really spacious, tastefully decorated,spotless,big bed and very good tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast and dinner buffet was very complete, with plenty of choice and quality products. The hotel itself has great facilities and all of them of great standard. Aqua Suites was an amazing place to stay. The decor was beautiful. The bathrooms were luxurious. There were always plenty of towels including ones for the beach, and soap products. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for interesting design and great views and great service. It you're looking for an all-inclusive on the beach choice, this one isn't for you and didn't appear to have loads of options for kids. We were looking for a really nice 3 days away as a couple without loads of plans and just relaxing. The hotel was beautifully designed and exactly what we were looking for. The staff was also so friendly and helpful.
