"When arrived at hotel reception it was noisy and congested with children 👧 running around. I asked if possible for a room I quiet area of hotel, this was accommodated at an additional cost of £180 euros hence total cost £792 for two nights bed and breakfast, not good value for money.Room was clean and aided a restful night. Breakfast was like Piccadilly Circus with Children and a cartoon character walking around. I asked for gluten free crackers but not availability as don’t eat bread. Poor selection of fresh fruit and had grilled tomato which was merely Luke warm. On second morning asked to be seated at a quieter area which was accommodated. This hotel is definitely very suited to those with young families as very family oriented ."

"Hotel and room were very clean. Staff were actively on top of keeping it that way which was great to see. Room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great with lots of options from fruit & yogurt, breads to a full coked Irish breakfast. Parking is a little tight as it is shared with a sports complex but I had no problem getting a space. I was there on a Friday and loved the little crunches left with the "Thank Crunches it's Friday" card. Brought back good memories of growing up I. Ireland."

"This is a superb hotel I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved that they served the hot breakfast to your table and the food both dinner in the bar and breakfast In the restaurant were piping hot and delicious. Bedroom was spacious. Warm and comfortable. I totally recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again. "

The hotel is beautiful, and I especially enjoyed having a drink or two at Tupper's Bar. Will be staying here again the next time I'm in Kilkenny."
