There is dedicated parking about a block from the property. The Music Suite I chose was on the second level, so a long flight of stairs (FYI). Self check in was easy with a digital door code. I would stay again.

This B &B is within walking distance to the center of the historic downtown, the riverwalk and the Stratford Festival theaters. The hosts are very kind and helpful. They prepare a tasty and well balanced breakfast. In fact we enjoyed a tasted of their Chinese homeland cuisine on one morning.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly polite and very helpful. Breakfast was good and there were enough choices that everyone was happy. Highly recommend this spot and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic value. The place was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the free breakfast. Nice pool area. Our room appeared to be newly remodeled, as were most of the common areas. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Nothing fancy, but for a budget motel, it was quite good. We stayed there once several years ago, and I think it’s in better condition now. Brighter lights, very clean and well kept. If you just need a place to sleep while enjoying Stratford, this isn’t a bad choice.

Bruce the owner met us to help with luggage up the long single flight of indoor stairs leading to our apt, on second floor. There is no elevator. AC is portable, stationed in LR, but not helpful for bedroom spaces. We also inquired about better air flow at night while sleeping and he brought a fan for each bedroom. There were plenty of pillows and bathroom towels. Super shower! Nice stove and fridge and dining table and couch. No closet in one bedroom but over a dozen hallway hooks where we...

Enjoyed the romantic settings. The grounds are beautiful with lots of outdoor seating.

Fantastic find - highly recommend it! The room was lovely and the owners very helpful. We ate twice in the restaurant- the food was excellent and the staff were all very friendly. Wishing the owners a happy 20th anniversary in October!

The Arlington is a delight. I loved it. Lovely room with a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Hotel is simple but clean, comfortable and affordable. Friendly proprietors. Beautiful Landscaping around pool and outdoor grill and gazebo too!

Delightful stay. Room was clean and spacious with ensuite bathroom and plenty of storage for clothing. Breakfast was plentiful and beautifully presented. Company was delightful. I would stay here again.

Penrose was an excellent facility. Very clean. Easy to access and very romantic!
