"We liked the sleeping arrangements for the kids and ourselves. Everyone had a bed. There was a lovely restaurant in the Pan Am as well where we had our breakfasts and the grand kids loved the cookies and tea in the evenings. The staff were so kind and helpful. We made a mistake with our reservations and they went way above and beyond in accommodating us and assisted us in every way. They showed service and attention like there use to be in the good old days. We highly recommend the Pan Am. It is our new place to stay after after 53 years of staying at our old location."

"A very nice place; I liked it because it is pleasant and quiet—very convenient for families. I definitely recommend it. The staff was very respectful and helpful. Rooms smell good. Only needs more utensils like big bowls, and more pans, updated coffeemaker. Otherwise everything was great on our stays"
