We enjoyed our stay at Moss Mountain very much. Quiet & secluded and Marguerite was a dear. She was very accommodating and helpful, an all around nice person to deal with.
This location, accommodations and personal service was amazing. Kelly and Monty were incredible hosts who really made us feel like family. The continental breakfast presentation over the top with an assortment of breads, cheeses, cereal and fruit. We had brought fresh WA peaches which Kelly turned into several pies for her guests! They also offered a bar/casino on the same property. We will return in the winter to ski Montana. Thanks so much for a great vacation1
We stayed here in mid-May; which was a bad time to try to tour Glacier Ntl. Park as so many things were still closed and the weather was unpredictable. We did see a family of 3 grizzly bears and some bighorn sheep while trying to tour East Glacier, but had to give up on the tour when 4" of snow fell. The bright spot of our 3-night stay was the accommodations at Glacier Guides Lodge and definitely the staff, particularly Teal!
Our room was on the 2nd floor, corner (closest to the driveway...
The place was very charming and welcoming. Staff was friendly and inviting. It was a short stay but hope to be back again soon! The bed was very comfortable and the coffee, cookies, and cheese and crackers on arrival were fabulous!
It was such a nice quiet place to enjoy nature!! It is a short drive from town, but that was one of our favorite parts of the stay. The cabin was very well equipped in the kitchen and it was definitely a great spot to be able to make a meal and enjoy the outdoors. It was a bit smaller than expected, but for only two of us it was fine. I think it would probably be a bit tight for 4 people.
The condo is a great option. The shuttle service is top notch and the coffee shop delicious. The only complaint was the temperature of the lower bedroom (warm) and the outside lights were a little too bright at night - curtains did not block it out.
Beautiful property and loved having a full kitchen since we needed to store and prep food for our trip into glacier national park the next day. Cabin itself was very nice and looked brand new.
Always have a great stay here. Usually our first choice due to price and availability. Third floor did smell of marijuana every time we came out of the elevator. Didn’t smell in our room though. Would definitely be a bonus if they had more handicap parking in front. Thanks for a great stay!
The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Even though the entrance door was clearly marked with COVID mask requirement, guests were allowed to check in and go in and out without any masks. Even more frustrating was the dining area which is directly adjacent to the check in desk. The food staff waiting tables did not see a need to wear masks. Nice hotel, but very poor adherence to safety standards.
Recently spent 5 nights here. Rooms are not fancy. Breakfast buffet was good.
However, the personnel were outstanding. All were friendly, and went above and beyond in responding to our requests.
Also the chocolate milk bar was a nice surprise.
The indoor pool was clean, and the "Den" in the basement was a nice place to hangout when we had friends come by.
Will definitely stay again.
